INTERNSHIP - APPLICATION ANALYST Paid internship (part-time, flexible hours) Seeking students with experience or interest in the following category: Information Technology Location of Assignment: 7501 Greenbriar Parkway Orlando, FL 32819 Department: Information Technology This Internship will last 12 months+ and the intern will work 20+ hours per week. The internship may be extended upon mutual agreement between the company and intern. Skills / prior experience required: Experience and skills in web application support and/or development. The ideal candidate will be well versed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and is familiar with mobile and single page application architecture. The candidate will collaborate with various IT functions and the business on requests to update our company website. Project Objective / Business Justification: Objective of this opportunity will be to leverage current educational content in enterprise IT project delivery and support. The main areas of focus are: 1. Support internal collaboration platforms such as Office 365 and SharePoint Online. 2. Provide assistance with maintaining company website, www.chep.com. 3. Gain knowledge and expertise in our Internet platforms and services (Windows Azure, Ektron, Drupal) 4. Perform analysis for enhancement and support requests in order to deliver desired outcomes to our business partners. Strong interpersonal skills are required for clear communication and collaboration with Global IT and its Customers. The ideal candidate will engage with CHEP employees on IT projects as an equal member, and develop skills & techniques directly applicable to their careers.
