KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the on-boarding process from offer accept to employee start date - Educating and setting expectations with candidate about onboarding process
Entering and updating the vetting monitoring software with tracking details
Liaising with third party vetting providers - Collating and uploading documentation as required by clients
Communicating progress with Hiring Managers and Candidates and internal recruitment team, highlighting any potential delays and mitigations
Ensure contracts are processed and compliant with relevant employment legislation
Ensuring work is completed and compliant through a defined process
Maintaining electronic files and ensuring these are kept up to date during the on-boarding process - Effectively managing queries via phone and email to resolution
Providing reporting as required
Performing other administrative duties as required
