Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
Ability to learn and successfully employ vendor and TCU supplied tools for application configuration, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support.
Ability to understand and successfully employ application data models, interfaces, and exchanges, and utilize appropriate environments (e.g. Test, Staging, and Production) in support of assigned responsibilities.
Ability to utilize application and desktop reporting tools at an increasing level of expertise.
Ability to design processes for the efficient use of assigned applications or services.
Ability to assume responsibility and to work flexible hours on a regular basis.
Ability to initiate, plan, execute and close phases of projects as required.
