Job Description

The Logistics Service Coordinator is responsible for providing uncompromised service and administrative support to our internal and external customers. This position will be responsible for daily follow-up with customers and account management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outgoing calls to customers to schedule annual maintenance and offer service plans
• Calendar management of service department
• Responsible for 4-5 technicians--, checking appointment results, handling scheduling requests
• Scheduling projects and making follow-up calls to customers after installs by techs

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED preferred.

· Previous call center experience preferred.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Positive “can do” attitude.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
