We are currently seeking a dynamic Dealer Escalation Representative who will create, manage and oversee all related activities of the part order fulfillment. Responsibilities include: Liaise with multiple stakeholders (including dealers, suppliers, field personnel, purchasing, logistics, and engineers) to rapidly resolve part availability needs and shipments to improve company image, competitive advantage, customer and dealer satisfaction, equipment uptime, productivity, as well as grow dealer service capability Provide support services to customers (dealers) including; troubleshooting, problem resolution, and supply of product or material to resolve urgent issues and reduce Total Vehicle Downtime (TVD) Define parts required for top priority (BDA) orders. Researches any and all options including; part depots, dealer network, international plants, and suppliers to determine availability of stock Negotiate orders, coordinates shipment, and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure part orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organization's customer service standards Provide accurate and timely responses to customers (dealers) on open order issues. Ensures all cases meet or exceed standards to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost Process account adjustments, invoicing, and other miscellaneous exceptions where required Associates Degree and/or minimum 2 years of customer service experience Must be able to work flexible schedules- occasional weekends required The preferred candidate will have experience with the following: Bachelors Degree Previous call center experience Typing 35wpm Resourceful, with ability to work in a fast paced environment with a quick turn-around time Strong communication skills, ability to work within different levels of an organization Team player mentality with the ability to work autonomously Experience working in Microsoft Windows environment Equal opportunity employer.
