Collections Representative – San Antonio
Description:
Contact customers via phone( 100% phone based) to discuss outstanding balances and payment options.
Negotiate delinquency remediation while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Research and resolve customer disputes related to billing and payments.
Required:
2 or more years of combined customer contact, and collections experience in the financial services industry.
6 months computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment.
Ability to be on the phones making outbound calls and taking inbound calls for 100% of the day
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred:
College degree
