JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS INTERN - WAREHOUSE

Colony Tire Corporation/Atlantic Tire Distributor’s, located in High Point, North Carolina, is currently seeking a part-time Operations Intern! The position is hourly pay with flexible hours (25-30 hrs/week).

SUMMARY:

Assists the Operations Manager in various administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing, credit and collection
• Maintaining work flow and organization to ensure maximum productivity
• Filing and other administrative duties
• Providing great customer service to meet the service goals of the location and of customers
• Customer interaction through phone calls

EDUCATION:

Minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred. Basic accounting knowledge required, such as posting payments, processing credit card transactions, balancing, daily deposits, etc. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
