We are seeking a Temporary Contract Administrator with exceptional people and communication skills, strong work ethic, and preferably, experience and knowledge in Customer Service, Hospitality and Contract Administration.
SUMMARY
**This is a temporary position. **
Provide daily support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with the current demands associated with contract pricing.
Required Skills
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS (Including but not limited to):
Organize and track all contract expiry date and price
increase due dates
Monitor and update contract pricing sheets
Follow up with customer airlines on airport mandated
wage increases and ordinances (LWO)
Must be Customer Service focused
Able to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Excels in working under extreme deadlines, that may
fluctuate
Varied shifts within 24-hour clock
May require travel to Hallmark Aviation work locations and
client sites
Required Experience
BASIC REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least 18 years of age, AA Degree or higher
Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying.
Strong knowledge of IATA Standard Ground Handling
Agreement (SGHA) and its implementation
Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
