and fuel your career. Responsibilities: * Prepare post-sale
submittal documents from internal resources and outside vendor material.
- Prepare Operations and Maintenance material per customer
specifications. * Provide technical support and assistance for internal
and external customers. * Maintain close contact with project
management, sales, vendors, and internal resources. * Update all
material and training material pertaining to engineering specification.
- Complete individual development plan for personal and professional
improvement and participate in training programs to enhance technical
abilities and customer service skills. Skills and Experience: *
Proficient with ADOBE ACROBAT Pro * Able to read dimensions and
electrical specifications. * Able to interpret one-line diagrams and
electrical codes and terminology. * Communicate effectively with
internal and external customers while adhering to customer specification
and demands * Able to maintain a mature, problem-solving attitude while
managing interpersonal conflicts, customer rejection, maybe some
customer hostility or time demands * Extremely high level interpersonal
skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to clearly demonstrate
professional attitude and mannerism through oral presentations in
positive or negative circumstances. * Must be a good listener. * Strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, positive follow through
approach for customer projects, read and interpret customer written or
verbal information and document activities. * Interpret verbal and
non-verbal behavior to develop accurate perception and understanding of
customer needs, values and opinions. Be sensitive and aware of customer
differences and conflicts. * Must be customer-led in all market segments
and work environments. * Pleasant and cooperative attitude with
co-workers. Must work within a team environment designed to support
internal and external customers needs and expectations. * Extraordinary
oral and written communications skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); Lotus Notes. *
Experience with all standard office equipment: printers, copiers, fax
machines. * Auto CAD experience is a plus. Education, Licenses,
Certifications * High school diploma or GED required * Two years
Engineering Technology degree with course study in drafting or power
distribution preferred. * Two Background experience in electrical power
industry and/or power generation systems a plus. ** ** Physical
Requirements Standing 7.5 hours per day · Pushing/Pulling 4.0 hours
per day · Sitting 1.5 hours per day · Lifting 1.5 hours per day ·
Lifting up to a maximum of 80 pounds · Bending 3.0 hours per day ·
Driving 2.5 hours per day Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate
