LOCATION East Hartford, Middletown, CT JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This individual should have a good understanding of the manufacturing quality processes. The ability to interpret manufacturing drawings is required. Responsible to perform the following: Conduct reviews of customer rejections for discrepancy and responsibility Review customer inquiries to determine if product meets quality requirements Support program management with root cause investigate of customer rejections and quality investigation Conduct contract quality reviews Validate customer requirements have been met Recommend contract modifications Conduct, coordinate, and support internal and external audits Conduct drawing and certification reviews of hardware Support DCMA trough providing operations/operations documentation for the contract/product reviews and provide drawing, procedure, and process interpretations. Gather required certification and FAI documentation Interacting with customers and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction Work within SAP for quality status. Review and Ensure Quality Clinic Procedures are being fulfilled. Complete DIVEs based on eQN data.
