As a User Assistance - Video Development Intern you will work with the User Assistance team in video production. As well, as update existing videos to reflect the new DS Compass and update other outdated features in videos. Working within the User Assistance team for the ENOVIA organization. The User Assistance team authors and produces all ENOVIA documentation. In this position, the Web Developer Intern will also work closely with the ENOVIA video development members. THE CHALLENGES AHEAD As a Video Development Intern, you will primarily implement the following:

• Update videos to reflect the new compass used to navigate to the apps
• Produce new videos for ENOVIA apps. Think creatively and write storyboards. Consider visual ways of presenting the user experience
• Learn about available video resources.
• Research and improve the overall ENOVIA video strategy

YOUR KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: Knowledge and experience with a video editing tool, particularly with Camtasia. Experience with a file management system. Good sense of video design. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and report results to management. BE IN THE KNOW... Actively enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program at a college or university for the duration of the internship majoring in USER EXPERIENCE, UX DESIGN, MARKETING, BUSINESS, COMMUNICATION or similar area of study for the duration of the internship.

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Work onsite at the WALTHAM, MA office location
• Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work onsite for the duration of the internship
