Kilgore Companies is seeking a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization. The position of Scale Manager will be responsible for positively contributing to the success of the aggregate team across multiple states with solid sales processing skills, experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and drive for accuracy. The successful candidate will primarily office in our West Valley office. Regular travel to our point of sales sites will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee scale clerks and ticketing for various aggregate and asphalt sales location across 4 states.

• Oversee hiring and process training of scale clerks.

• Oversee scheduling of scale clerks.

• Oversee data accuracy of sales and maintenance of the point of sales systems.

• Assist in the production planning process on a monthly basis.

• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of our scale locations.

• Assist in planning team training.
