We are searching for a Dispatcher for immediate hire. This job is hourly pay. You will be working directly with and reporting to the Executives of the company to perform the following tasks:

• Coordinate and manage schedules to ensure pickup and drop off are conducted in a timely manner
• Receive calls from vendors to coordinate pickup/delivery
• Research and build vendor database
• Work well in a team
• Listen carefully and take in information quickly and accurately

Education/Experience Equivalence:

• High school minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Call Center/Phone Sales : 1-2 years

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills (Google Suite, CRM)
