Job Summary The Energy Supply business unit utilizes knowledge of electric market operations and trading practices and monitors markets (electric, gas and oil) information to ensure understanding of market opportunities and impacts on portfolios and services to Dominion. Energy Supply partners with stakeholders to execute precise and well-developed strategies for the benefit of Dominion rate payers and shareholders. Strategic activities include market and financial analyses. This position will be working on a number of small projects for the Energy Supply team. These projects include such business areas as contracts, transportation and logistics, and emissions management. Duties will include compiling and analyzing data, running reports and preparing presentations Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience - Knowledge of business processes - Strong analytical skills - Ability to review a variety of information and with guidance identify cost impact to the company - Skilled in the use of a computer and related applications/programs including office software such as Word, Excel, Access and HTML or other Web languages - Ability to handle multiple project and priorities within specified deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external company contacts Education Requirements - Applicants must be a full-time student currenty pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Sciences or Engineering. - Applicants must possess a minimal cumulative GPA of 3.0 - Applicants must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2020 and May 2021.
