Job Summary The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an energetic and innovative staffing professional to join the team as a Staffing Specialist- Sourcing. The Sourcing Specialist plays an integral part of recruiting to develop a pipeline of talent to meet Dominion Energys current and future hiring needs. This individual will have the following duties. - Partner with recruiters and business unit leaders on identifying best practice recruiting/sourcing techniques. - Leverage social media by creatively marketing Dominion Energys job opportunities. - Conduct Boolean searches to mine for resumes in databases such as Indeed and LinkedIn. - Engage with passive candidates by sending direct communications to notify them of opportunities or obtain leads. - Manage Dominion Energys LinkedIn job slots, posting positions in an effective manner to attract job seekers and drive talent to Dominion Energy. - Promote Dominion Energys as an employer of choice at company-related events. - Maintain a pipeline of skilled talent, including consistent communication with prospective candidates and connecting them with positions that align with their experience and skill set. - Keep abreast of current practices related to recruiting and staffing. - Analyze and report on recruitment trends Other duties of the position may include but are not limited to: Working with field HR to coordinate various matters in relation to recruitment. Counseling hiring managers on issues such as recruiting trends, industry best practice and diversity. May be involved with relationship strategy and recruiting from colleges and universities, technical and vocational schools, military institutions and job fairs. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Required Qualifications (please make sure your resume clearly states how you meet this qualification): Minimum three (3) years of experience in Recruiting/Staffing required At least one (1) year of experience sourcing candidates utilizing search databases Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking system Knowledge of company organizational structures Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, employment policies and procedures, and applicable regulations Knowledge of company and HR policies, programs and information systems (SAP) Critical thinking and decision making skills Ability to work effectively in a team Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast paced environment Ability to analyze information Other Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Success Factors Utility/Energy recruiting experience Education Requirements Education Level: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor Preferred Disciplines: Business, Human Resources, Liberal Arts Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR or CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR or SCP) Working Conditions Office Work Environment 76 -100% Test Description No Testing Required Export Control Certain positions at Dominion Energy may involve access to information and technology subject to export controls under U.S. law.
