Job Description

• Own development of engine-level sensors, including manifold air pressure, crankcase pressure, knock, and oil pressure/temperature sensors

• Support design and development activities with existing suppliers

• Collaborate on sourcing strategies with the global supply base

• Drive component release processes and ensure alignment with OEM requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Basic knowledge of internal combustion (IC) engines

• OEM experience with advanced quality tools such as DFMEA, DVP&R, and function models

• Proficiency with NX CAD

• Experience releasing components at an OEM or large Tier 1 company

• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

• Sensor knowledge and/or background in engine diagnostics
