Job Summary:

Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for participating in a variety IT tasks as part of an engineering team. This position is designed to give students the opportunity to extend their classroom learning and receive industry experience. These roles have the opportunity to rotate between departments to gain exposure to data privacy, cloud systems, cyber-security, etc. as open positions become available.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist mentor with coding, debugging, testing, and documenting computer applications
• Learn to diagnose systems problems
• Perform limited analysis and design tasks
• Expand knowledge of the transportation industry and related systems

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: Must be currently enrolled in technology related degree program such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering at an accredited academic institution. Have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75, with a 3.0 in the major field of study.

Preferred Qualification: Preference will be given to applicants who are enrolled (or have just completed) a course of study in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or applicable degree field at an accredited university or junior college and have a desire to work within data privacy, cyber-security and/or cloud systems.

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
