Job Description

Evo Logistics is looking for a full-time Operations Specialist to join our fast growing company. We are looking for talented, reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm (4-6 weeks)

PERMANENT SCHEDULE (AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETED)

Sunday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO):

• Process customer orders and develop delivery schedules
• Schedule and make delivery appointments
• Check on airfreight inbound shipments
• Frequent communication with customers and vendors of orders
• Organize and maintain customer account details through our inventory system
• Customer service support; respond to email and phone inquiries
• Track and monitor the status of customer orders and troubleshoot any associated issues
• Schedule inbound and outbound trucks

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor Degree or 2 year logistics work experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• INVENTORY SOFTWARE experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask / Work under pressure
