The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing overall process support to the Talent Acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will facilitate a variety of logistical and recruitment activities for assigned departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Requisition approval in SilkRoad
Editing and posting positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc.
Recruit for selected positions
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Schedule phone and in-person interviews. Arrange candidate travel, transportation and accommodation as needed.
- Coordinate feedback and facilitate candidate selection
- Create and route offer approval requests
- Create offer letters
Basic metric reporting
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Passion for “closing”
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Experience with one or more Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work with remote team members
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6-18 months recruiting experience
- Knowledge and experience in high volume recruiting environments
- Distribution, logistics, supply chain, delivery services and/or transportation experience a plus
- Experience with internet sourcing and resume mining
