- Position hours are M-F 12:00am - 9:00pm
- Some warehouse duties including forklift operation, freight check-in, and truck loading/unloading
- Timely and professional communication with clients and offices through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.
- Tracking and tracing of freight
- Preparation of quotes to clients
- Client notification of shipment delays, missing cargo, damaged freight
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operations system
- Ensure accurate and timely client billing
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Dispatch freight
- Monitor reports
- Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships - airlines, trucking companies, and others
- Meet key performance indicators in support of department, branch, product, and company goals
- Desire to understand overall department process flow and constantly seek opportunities for improved efficiency
- Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
