Job Description
Support Tradeflow Global Trade Management solutions, strategies and goals. This position is a customer service role directly interacting with end users and internal Expeditors stakeholders of the Tradeflow application.
The right candidate will be required to perform the following roles:
Demo and train end users on application functionality via web-based sessions
Assist customers in loading data with CSV or XML format
Manage data integration projects with customer and third party systems
Provide front-line technical and customer support
Act as a cross-functional liaison across the Expeditors network
Manage customer feedback by communicating internally and externally
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent with three to five years’ experience working for Expeditors or similar industry
Effective interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to listen, comprehend effectively, and communicate with others to obtain positive results
Enthusiasm and desire to work with end users, while possessing a strong customer service attitude
Critical thinker who is effective and experienced in finding solutions for customers
Organized and experienced in new customer implementations
Project management experience
Experience with end user software applications in global trade and Customs
Expeditors systems knowledge
Competency managing datasets with Microsoft Excel and SQL
Data Analytics experience, preferably with PowerBI
