Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.
SCHEDULE:
- M-F 8:00-5:00, 20-30 hours a week
- Internship is for 6 months
- Opportunity for full-time employment once internship is complete
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Exceptional Customer service
- Communicate with domestic and international customers
- Communicate with domestic and international offices
- Comply with customer requirements and procedures
- Prepare and process international documentation
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance
- Update shipment information in the Expeditors' system
- Track and trace international cargo
- Communicate timely status updates to customers
- Comply with US. and foreign regulations
- Invoice customers accurately and timely, for services provided
- Provide solutions to customers
