    Job Description

    The Unified Communications team provides the technology and systems that connect people and devices across the room or across the globe. If you love helping people use and understand tools to better communicate with each other, then this is the role for you!

    What You'll Be Doing/Learning:

    • Unified Communications administration tasks in Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Mobility and HD Video
    • Responding to incidents and requests in our incident response system
    • Reviewing and updating technical documentation
    • SharePoint development
    • HD Video support

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently studying information technology 
    • Customer service

    Desired Qualifications

    • SharePoint experience
    • Polycom experience
    • Development skills (C# and .NET Framework, JavaScript, Experience using REST APIs) 
    • General technical skills (Basic PC skills, Proficient with Microsoft Office)

    When will the internship start?

    The official 10-week internship program will start in June 2019. Otherwise, we encourage you to have a conversation early on with your hiring manager to determine if you can start working sooner or end working later. We will do our best to work with your schedule!
