To provide support in project communication, documentation and coordination in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department. To provide support in collecting and analyzing routine department problems, Issues, and concerns. JOB SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Large Solution team is responsible for cross-ART Coordination, Risks/Issues/Dependencies/Assumptions management and stakeholder alignment for the Global Express Portfolio epics. TNT Integration is the current focus for the Large Solution Management team. Associate Project Management Analyst will assist the Solution Manager for large solutions defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable large-scale business solutions that meet customer needs over time by placing greater focus on capabilities. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide assistance and analysis on smaller departmental projects.
    • Provide support in project communication, documentation and coordination in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department.
    • Provide support in collecting and analyzing routine department problems, Issues, and concerns.
    • Collaborate across Global business and IT teams in order to ensure key initiatives and capabilities are delivered within scope and on schedule.
    • Uncover and resolve inter ART and cross-portfolio dependencies.
    • Ensure Version 1 is used effectively to document start and end dates as well as RIDAs (Risk/Issues/Dependencies/Assumptions).
    • Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
    • Assist with pre and post Solution Planning Event.
    • Champion the use of business architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies for Large Solution activities.

    • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of business and ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood business terms.
    • Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills/techniques, provide thought leadership, balance work in a highly changing and stressful environment, make progress with limited information and minimal oversight and collaborate on large teams are key success factors for this position.
    • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).

    DOMICILE: This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee (suburb of Memphis, Tennessee) or Colorado Springs, Colorado. REMOTE WORK: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. RELOCATION: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
