The successful candidate will perform records management duties and ensure compliance with all records storage and retention policies established by the Company, with applicable GMP regulations, including consistent record and document storage filing structure. External US Main areas of responsibility include: Responsible for the physical and electronic archiving of raw data from laboratory testing, standard operating procedures, item specifications, validation documents, manufacturing processes, stability, and site monitoring programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including word processing and MS Word formatting skills Confer with document originators to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes to documents Capacity to produce high quality results across multiple projects while working under the pressure of short deadlines and other demands associated with a professional/fast-paced scientific environment Maintain document control records, ensure document security, track documents logged out and ensure their timely return. Maintain logbook tracking location for all raw data logbooks are in circulation throughout the company Maintain the site's document retention schedule Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information with all level of personnel, including knowledge to escalate appropriately Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Frequently required to stand, walk, and climb stairs order to serve customers throughout the site Examine documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data Post changes to computerized or manual control records, release documents, and notify affected departments Prepare requests for reproduction of documents Perform sorting, recording, posting, filing, copying and distribution tasks Regularly lift 50 or fewer pounds and push 200 or fewer pounds, reach all shelves, and roam all floors of the campus for extended periods of time Regularly required to handle materials, reach overhead, kneel or stoop in order to conduct business FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 774, as may be amended. To conform to these laws and regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 USC 1324(b)(a)(3) (i.e., asylees and refugees) or otherwise eligible for an export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
