Provide call center customer support Both 20 and 40 hour work weeks available Potential to earn overtime for hours worked over 40 $15 an hour Open availability to work Mon-Fri 9-9, and Sat-Sun 9-7 Could become a part time job once college year starts back up Service travelers by taking payments for their upcoming tours, and possibly answering other questions about their upcoming reservations Learn new computer systems like GERT, Lotus Notes, and Customer 360 Strong Multi-tasker Attention to Detail Requirements -Must be enrolled in college (year and major do not matter). -must be outgoing, detail oriented, and proficient in multi tasking -must have at least 1 year in some customer service role
