Under the direction of the Director and / or Supervisor, works with the office in carrying out day to day activities and promotes and supports team in reaching set standards.

- Maintains effective communication between all staff of the medical group in a motivating manner to ensure high quality care to the patients.
Lead Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical flow, the interaction of all staff and all daily functions.
- Maintains appropriate records and documents for all training.
- Create employee schedules that align with providers’ schedules while monitoring overtime. Assist with payroll reporting.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff, including monitoring performance, training, in-put on performance evaluations, medicate interpersonal problems where possible and address concerns.
- Assist with monthly department meetings and schedule in-service meetings as deemed appropriate and necessary.
- Works well with all team members to ensure that actions taken support the needs of patients, providers, and the mission of Jennie Stuart Health.
Support Services:
- Place routine service calls / tickets for maintenance for facility, equipment, and electronic health records.
Environmental Services:
- Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal workspace and department.
- Oversee the inventory and the purchase of office and clinical supplies while monitoring to ensure cost savings and eliminate waste.
Required Experience
Minimum Education: As required for assigned position
