    SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW

Hollingsworth’s talent acquisition needs exist across multiple US locations, for roles in operations, leadership, maintenance, engineering, and functional support.  As our company team grows, we need a new teammate to bring quality talent to be part of the Hollingsworth family.

As the company’s Lead Recruiter, you will play an integral role on our HR team and will own our end-to-end recruiting practice.  You'll build relationships to understand Hollingsworth’s business, operations and support needs, and what employees value most.  You’ll develop an effective recruiting approach and be a consultant to hiring managers, local HR, and company leaders.  You'll utilize market knowledge and maximize partnerships with universities, industry groups and recruiting services to build a pipeline of qualified talent.  You will build and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend strong talent while delivering diverse slates. You’ll use data and metrics and will provide necessary tools and procedures to optimize effectiveness. You’ll ensure an effective launch and play a key role in employee experience at Hollingsworth throughout the career journey. You’ll help position Hollingsworth as a long-term employer of choice.

At Hollingsworth, you are invited to bring fresh ideas and make a difference.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES

You are responsible to deliver effective collaboration and a positive experience for candidates, hiring manager and other partners.  Specific responsibilities include:

    • Provide subject matter expertise on the Hollingsworth recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy.

    • Lead the hiring process lifecycle for leadership roles across the US, and for key roles (e.g., team leads and supervisors, skilled-trades, and various salaried positions) in our Michigan operations and headquarter locations.  Coordinate with local HR and staffing agencies to ensure we are meeting existing hiring needs—and are prepared for future needs at their site.

    • Work with implementation teams to bring qualified and dependable talent for new locations.

    • Present our employee value proposition to our potential workforce.  You’ll work closely with our marketing/brand team to ensure that our external presence speaks to the value of being a Hollingsworth employee.

To help ensure that your recruits have a strong start at Hollingsworth, you’ll own the company onboarding process and materials.

It is important that your recruiting efforts deliver long term value to the employees and company.  For this reason, you’ll be involved in helping us understand and positively influence employee experience throughout the employment journey.  This includes ownership of the company’s offboarding process.  You’ll track reasons for leaving and monitor insights from exit interviews.

By being involved across the employment journey, you can more effectively help us recruit and secure the right talent for our needs.

Teamwork is critical to our success.  Other responsibilities and opportunities may be added to meet critical needs, ensure a balanced job role, and support your development.
