Draft corporate compliance documents * Assist on management of cases and
legal issues * Assist on management of bankruptcy claims and suits *
Assist with securities compliance * Assist with legal projects **MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: ** * Must be a self-starter, and have the ability to
communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the Hub
organization * Significant customer service experience * Knowledge of
various Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel
and Word * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written *
Experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not required
- Must be enrolled in Law School for the duration of the internship **
This position is aschool year internship starting in September 2018
and ending in May 2019. Allapplicants must be able to work 20 hours a
week. Hub Group is flexible on hoursand days per school schedules.
