    Human Resources Intern Location: Lenexa, KS Job Code: 555 # of Openings: 1 Description We are currently seeking candidates for a Summer Human Resources Assistant for in our Lenexa, KS office. This is an entry-level seaonal position. No benefits are provided. The job duties include supporting the Human Resources Department through document imaging, filing, data-entry, processing hire paperwork and assisting with department projects. Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some college preferred but not required. Working knowledge of computer software including, email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Windows). Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Must be able to work during Summer 2018, 40 hours per week, 7am - 4pm, Monday Friday. Candidates with the following will be given preference: Work experience with confidential information. Interest in the Human Resources field. General knowledge of construction industry. Work experience performing basic clerical duties such as filing and data-entry. Able to work part-time during the school year.
