Job Summary:

Under routine supervision, this position assists corporate legal attorneys with legal research, document drafting, and administrative tasks for matters relating to a broad range of legal areas, such as corporate, commercial, transportation, transactional, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, labor and employment, company policies, document and data management, regulatory and other legal and compliance matters.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform legal research and analysis on a variety of legal and business issues
• Support other members of the legal department with other duties and tasks as needs dictated
• Validate and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, appeals, or contracts
• Draft memoranda, correspondence, and executive summaries relating to a variety of business-related situations

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Current enrollment in an accredited law school with Juris Doctorate expected within one-two years from application.

Education:

• Bachelors: History (Required), Bachelors: Political Science (Required)
