    PAY: $42,500/year

    THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL: 

    We are looking for a well-rounded Human Resource professional who is looking to continue their career in the field. As an HR Coordinator, you will handle multiple responsibilities including addressing compliance-related issues and monitoring adherence to company policies, helping support the HR Manager and team with projects, answering employee and manager HR questions and concerns, and maintaining resources that support HR functions (job descriptions, personal files, employee profiles, etc.). The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual who is able to work independently to ensure a fair work environment and employee safety. If you are highly proficient, love problem-solving and understand complexities of employer compliance, we would love to hear from you!

    WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING: 

    • Providing support to the HR manager to complete projects and answer employees’ HR-related questions and concerns
    • Updating and maintaining interdepartmental resources and data
    • Working with managers to communicate expectations of the HR department with other employees in the office
    • Being responsible for all HR functions related to designated organizations, including:
      • Creating performance reviews and maintaining the internal employee review system
      • Supporting the department with new hire and termination processes
      • Administering Logical Position’s progressive discipline process
      • Enforcing compliance with HR legal standards
      • Updating and maintaining personnel files, job descriptions, and other relevant documentation
      • Working with employees to coordinate leaves of absence
      • Processing Out of Office requests in a timely manner
    • Assisting the HR manager with facilitation of conversations with ADP
    • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when working with employees to resolve employment issues and reduce the risk of employment-based litigation

    TO FIT THE BILL:

    • 2+ years’ experience in an HR position
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Friendly, upbeat demeanor
    • All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
