    THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL: 

    We are looking for creative, talented, and motivated individuals who are passionate about digital marketing to join our Lake Oswego Search team. Our Paid Search Specialists are fully hands-on with our client Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts, from account build-out to ongoing account management and optimizations. You will work on both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. The Paid Search Specialist plays a critical role in driving positive digital marketing ROI for our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) clients in coordination with our Account Management and e-Commerce Data Feed teams. This position focuses specifically on our Enterprise level clients. These consist of our companies largest clients who have monthly advertising spend of at least $10,000. Digital marketing success requires an appreciation for data and strong problem-solving skills. Though previous PPC or professional digital marketing experience is not required for consideration, it is important to have a strong understanding of the fundamentals, so we suggest getting Google Ads certified, as well as Google Analytics, or Microsoft Advertising (they are free!). If you have a knack for analytics and making data-driven decisions, you will fit right in!

     

    WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING: 

    • Managing a book of approximately 25-30 clients that operate in a large business market by completing builds, optimizations, change requests, and properly notate information for others to reference
    • Using advanced knowledge in digital marketing while partnering with Account Managers to identify and report on key performance indicators and produce successful campaigns
    • Providing analysis of existing PPC campaign performance and devising actionable insight for improvement to optimize account performance
    • Using Logical Position best practices in digital marketing to develop strategies to achieve client goals in designing, developing, and managing PPC campaigns
    • Remaining current with industry trends and best practices that may be incorporated to optimize accounts
    • Exercising discretion and independent judgment when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure ad campaigns are positively impacting the client's goals such as ROI, brand exposure or awareness

    TO FIT THE BILL:

    • Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years’ SEM/PPC experience
    • Google Ads Certified
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Creative, analytical, and driven
    • Comfortable working independently and also works well on a team
    • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

     

    TO SCORE EXTRA POINTS: 

    • Google Analytics Certified
    • HTML or general coding knowledge
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with any of the following:
      • Digital marketing (e-commerce, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Ad Roll, etc.)
      • Ad creative (imagery, ad copy)
      • Client or account management
      • Content Management System (CMS) software
      • Analytics software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
