    DEPARTMENT: SEO Operations LOCATION: Deer Park, IL (Not Offering Remote Work) PAY: $16/hour HOURS: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

    THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

    Logical Position's SEO team is looking for a full-time Junior Website Developer to assist our SEO Website Developers with implementation and troubleshooting on our client's website. As the Junior SEO Website Developer, you will be tasked with completing portions of SEO projects, including posting blogs, editing existing pages and optimizing pages. Currently, we complete hundreds of projects each month and are looking for a junior-level developer that wants to grow their skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, have knowledge of different CMS's and be a self-learner.

    WHAT YOU WILL LOVE DOING:

    • Implementing SEO consulting and SEO Content Writer's work on client websites including but not limited to, posting blogs, editing existing pages, and optimizing images
    • Working on multiple website platforms on a regular basis
    • Remaining current with industry trends while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to improve our product offerings
    • Exercising discretion when developing and implementing SEO changes and updates on client websites and ensuring all aspects of the website are functioning properly

    TO FIT THE BILL:

    • Knowledge of web technologies and best practices (user experience, information architecture, content, responsive design, analytics)
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • Basic understanding of technical SEO strategies
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines while driving results through cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
