Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Prepare and pay US customs duties
• Confirm accuracy of vendor invoices and cross reference
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Pay vendors in timely fashion

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Multi language a bonus
