JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the position is responsible for utilizing problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions through projects in various areas of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applies knowledge of organization to make improvements to existing processes or solutions.

• Increases awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, or solution design to support data analysis.

• Solves problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including operations, pricing, financial, and customer information.

• Analyzes a variety of data and processes to reduce cost and increase business productivity.

• Independently communicates with business partners to understand problems and present solutions .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training; plus 2 years of experience in Engineering. Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases and SQL
