    Job Summary:

    Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the management of parts inventory across a region. This position will control inventory for multiple shop locations within a specified religion. Duties include training shop staff, approving supply requests, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies as needed, etc. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support parts personnel across designated region with parts inventory levels, ordering, adjustments, etc. and ensure staff is properly trained on daily and specialized tasks
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Maintain the company's safety culture by promoting a safe work environment in compliance with federal and state regulations
    • Evaluate and process shop requests for order adjustments
    • Regularly review parts procedures and processes to ensure optimal workflow for parts personnel
    • Review partial receipts and backorders across locations and follow up with supply vendors as needed
    • Monitor down units and local part purchases to ensure problems are escalated to the appropriate parties when necessary
    • Manage regular stock orders for supported locations and adjust inventory stock levels as needed; ensure locations are properly stocked in order to fulfill campaigns

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to travel extensively within the North Region
    • Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm, but must be able to be flexible to non-traditional hours and days when needed by the business.

    Minimum Qualification:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with up to 5 years of related inventory experience; ability to pass a background check and possession of a forklift certification required; clean MVR per JBH standards and valid driver's license.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move appliance up to 50 pounds)
    • Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)

    • Travel up to 60% or more based on business needs

    Education:

    • GED (Required), High School (Required)

    Work Experience:

    • Facilities Management, Maintenance, Project Management, Transportation/Logistics

    Certifications:

    • Non Commercial Driver's License - Department of Transportation
