Position Overview

Maxway is currently seeking Class A or B CDL Drivers . Maxway Drivers deliver as contractors for the U.S Post Office and Auto Parts stores in the region. We offer our drivers:

Bonus Programs:

• Referral Program ($900 paid in installments thought the first year for you and your referral)

Schedule: Various Night Shift Positions

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license (Class A preferred)
• Current DOT Medical card
• Clean MVR
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• 1+ year(s) of commercial driving experience preferred

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Post and pre-trip inspections
• Safely maneuver vehicles at all times, obeying traffic laws and road conditions.
• Ability to safely maneuver truck into loading and unloading position.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, radiator fluid etc.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment as provided and or needed.
• Plan and/or adjust route based on changes or conditions.
• Communicate effectively with others including but not limited to co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and or customers.
• Use ELD to maintain compliance
• Basic computer and cell phone operation
