Key Responsibilities : Perform functions in the mailroom, copy center, and reception. Log packages. Delivery and accountability of mail and packages. Cover multiple sites throughout the area. Flexibility and cross trained at multiple sites. Reports issues and status updates to Manager. Maintains a clean work area. Be available to move from one site to another on short notice. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of mail or office services related experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills; must have a "can do" attitude. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment. Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping methods. Assertive and resourceful; self motivated; willing to ask questions and be able to communicate clearly. Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
