Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review incoming work items utilizing a computerized work routing system Accurate identification of clients within a specified customer segment Data entry of key client information into work-flow systems Meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with the unit's work Maintenance of all logs and reports pertaining to the unit Qualifications and Requirements: Strong typing and ten key skills (data entry) Must have a HS diploma or equivalent Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess general computer knowledge (MS Office) 1-2 years prior office services related experience Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur Ability to work individually or in a team environment Ability to read Spanish is a plus Willingness to submit to pre-employment background screening process WATCH Where Service Matters : The Millennium Group
