    The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in providing a full range of marketing expertise, support to support and leadership to 1847Financial field offices / firms to drive strong sales results. We have a strong focus on executing the marketing campaigns and tactics with field agencies with project and campaign management, as well as training and adoption of internal and outside resources, vendors and programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute with excellence – by managing projects, programs and multi-channel campaigns in an agile & iterative environment, leveraging effective planning, design, go-to-market and execution/monitoring.

    • Perform coaching and training for our financial professionals seeking to implement marketing content and campaigns.

    • Drive prospecting and sales by organizing and executing events, seminars, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, collaborating with subject matter experts, as well as outside designers, animators and printers

    • Develop marketing content, websites, videos and communication plans that drive sales and client retention for financial professionals using industry leading tools like Canva, Snagit, Visme, Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia or Photoshop with light graphic design.

    • Manage the timelines and organization of materials for larger projects by documenting and tracking the flow of multiple pieces through the pipeline from project inception, creative development, graphics, approvals, production, etc.

    • Maximize return on investment (ROI) in our platforms by leading agent training and adoption efforts in the successful implementation of marketing and/or recruiting campaigns and successful onboarding and use of key marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead gen tools.

    • Develop, monitor and report progress against KPIs and metrics to measure the success of all marketing and advertising spend, and compiles regular reports of campaign performance and results

    • Implement continuous improvement processes to review current marketing campaigns for success factors, areas to improve, scalability and efficiency across multiple agencies.

    • Ensure campaign implementation follows Penn Mutual’s and their agencies’ brand guidelines, as well as regulatory/compliance guidelines.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Streamlines and Improves processes. Through techniques like process improvement, lean, six-sigma, adkar, or simple process and experience mapping. Balancing speed, quality and budget on everything we do.

    • Develops Content. Demonstrates strong communication skills within and outside of the agency. Demonstrates expert business and creative writing skills, as well as strong presentation and training skills.

    Required Experience

    • 5-8+ years in a similar role

    • Proficiency with content development / video editing tools like Canva, Snagit, Visme, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop with light graphic design.

    • Proficiency with marketing and social media tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Facebook business pages, digital business cards, QR codes and calendar tools.

    • Experience with multi-channel campaign execution leveraging email, social media, cold/warm outbound calls, and pipeline generation.

    • Experience with technology like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Constant Contact, FMG suite, SmartOffice, Asana, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

    • Proficient with excel for campaign reporting, measuring ROI

    • Proficient with lead gen tools and CRM use for market research, email or mailing lists.

    Education/Licenses/Professional Designations

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising and preferred or equivalent work experience.

    • American College professional designation or advanced degree (or working towards) a plus.

    Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,500
