Requisition Number 19-0003 Title Cash Applications Specialist Job Type Full-Time Regular City Bellevue State WA Description Job Description This position is responsible for posting and allocating customer payments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Post and allocate lockbox payments. Post and allocate all ACH transactions. Perform desktop deposits including GL transactions and allocations. Process credit card transactions and reporting. Process EFT transactions. Perform Fintech processing including incomplete folder processing. Process refunds. Process prompt pay and bad debt adjustments. Process invoice error reports. Prepare monthly customer statements. Perform other duties and work on projects as assigned by the manager. Requirements Job Requirements BA or BS in Accounting or another related field preferred but not required. Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience. Beverage industry experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and 10-key. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be detail oriented, with problem solving abilities and strong organization skills. Excellent customer service skills.
