Interns will receive exposure to all aspects of the natural gas midstream industry and will work on meaningful projects in a fast paced, exciting work environment. Interns may be assigned individual projects, tasks associated with large projects or engineering design assignments such as equipment sizing or hydraulic analysis. Interns are assigned a mentor to provide assignment support throughout the summer. Internship locations can include ONEOKs headquarters in Tulsa, OK or a field location that supports local operations such as Medford, OK, Hutchinson, KS, and Sidney, MT. QUALIFICATIONS Prefer students who are projected to graduate in December 2019 or spring 2020. A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Civil engineering is preferred. Sophomore engineering majors projected to graduate in winter 2020 or spring 2021 may also be considered. Prefer students to have a GPA of above 3.0 as well as involvement in extracurricular, community support activities, particularly those demonstrating leadership. Prior work experience (internships, summer or part-time work while attending school, etc.) is also preferred.
