Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Presales professional who will act as a key bridge between sales, leadership, delivery teams, and clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping winning proposals, impactful presentations, and strategic client engagements. The role requires strong business acumen, storytelling ability, and coordination skills to drive growth across accounts in the US and Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement Support
* Act as the go-to person for creating impactful, non-standard presentations and client-facing collaterals in collaboration with leadership, sales, and technical teams.
* Support follow-up meetings with specific agendas, executive-level customer reviews, and strategic business discussions.
* Clearly articulate value propositions, differentiators, and success stories to client stakeholders.
- Proposal & Bid Management
* Lead bid management for all large RFQs, ensuring standardization in pricing, margin guidelines, and internal approval processes.
* Develop and maintain a best practices checklist for high-quality, compelling proposals.
* Drive cross-functional coordination to deliver proposals on time, with customer-centric messaging.
- Knowledge & Repository Management
* Maintain and update repositories for standard presentations, proposals, and quotations.
* Build and curate a case study library highlighting key projects, best practices, and replicable success stories.
* Ensure knowledge sharing across teams to improve win rates and consistency.
- Global Collaboration
* Act as the primary liaison between the US/Americas team and Segula’s expertise centers worldwide.
* Facilitate effective communication, knowledge transfer, and solution packaging from global delivery centers.
- Partner & Ecosystem Management
* Manage partner/vendor networks to address gaps in capabilities and capacities.
* Identify and nurture strategic partnerships in emerging areas where in-house capabilities are not feasible.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
* Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to provide insights for sales and leadership teams.
* Contribute to account planning and go-to-market strategies with data-driven recommendations.
