Description: This position will be scheduled to work 12-hour shifts Friday-Sunday from 3am to 3:30pm. Candidates with previous Warehouse Order Scheduling experience will be given priority consideration. The Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Processor will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled for all clients in the warehouse. The LOC controls the work floor of the warehouse and must assure all work is done correctly and processed on time. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ensure all orders have imported correctly * Create Batches of orders * Print Pack slips, labels and pre-pull sheets * Create batch tickets * Research missing orders as requested and reprint if necessary. * Sort Pack Slips for Customers to separate KIT orders and Misc. Orders * Help with End of Day Reporting * Report technical issues, give feedback for new system changes and tools * Work Closely with CAMs to ship any Special Orders that come in during the day * Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly goals are meet on a consistent basis * Respond to email, phone calls and Skypes in a timely manner * Other duties as assigned Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse and office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, phones, and photocopiers. Duties of this job requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This role also requires continuous standing for up to 12hrs. The warehouse conditions reflect those outside the warehouse and is subject to hot and cold climates.
