Job Description

• Take ownership of all remaining engineering deliverables and ensure timely closure
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, I&C, civil, etc.)
• Act as the primary engineering point of contact for:
  • Construction teams
  • Commissioning and start-up teams
• Ensure engineering consistency between design, construction, and commissioning phases
• Review, validate, and improve the quality and completeness of technical documentation (drawings, calculations, specifications, procedures)
• Manage technical interfaces with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting cost, schedule, or safety
• Support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements

Qualifications

• Senior Project Engineering Manager experience on large EPC projects
• Proven ability to manage projects with large CAPEX
• Background in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Hazardous waste incineration or thermal treatment
  • Oil & Gas
  • Heavy industrial or energy projects
• Strong experience working in an EPC execution model
• Excellent understanding of engineering workflows and construction/commissioning constraints
• High standards for technical documentation quality and traceability
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, high-pressure project environment

Location & Duration

• Little Rock, Arkansas, United States (on-site project presence required)
• Minimum 18-month mission, with potential extension
