As a Billing Specialist II you will be responsible for invoicing customers that have specialized billing needs with accuracy using customer contracts and other sources to validate charges. Handle billing for new Affiliate terminals and specialized billing projects as acquired. In addition, this position serves as a support to other billing staff both locally and in the field. Essential Functions: * Ability to maximize revenue by billing invoices weekly within a robust billing application. The Biller should also be motivated to research and uncover root cause analysis for billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with the field to ensure accurate billing * The billing function requires multitasking and ability to research multiple source documents to ensure correct fees are charged. Billing also initiates Driver pay which requires that a Biller have a thorough understanding of the impact of how fees are billed and how it relates to driver pay. This process includes comparing customer contract to driverrsquo;s paperwork to ensure accurate billing * The Billing Specialist position is extremely dynamic and will require someone who is organized and hard working. * This position also requires the ability Investigate and Implement corrective action to disputed invoices.
