Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Manage CRM, track leads, and update client databases • Handle email and calendar management • Assist with transaction coordination and document preparation • Conduct property research and generate reports • Create and schedule social media content • Support marketing campaigns and listing promotions • Follow up with leads, clients, and vendors • Provide general administrative support to real estate agents Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (real estate experience ONLY) • Strong knowledge of CRM tools • Familiarity with MLS, real estate contracts, and transaction coordination is a plus • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized with great attention to detail • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management tools Compensation: $9,000 per year
