We are looking for experienced and qualified drivers to deliver and pick up packages from local businesses and residences. The work days are Tuesday thru Saturday, beginning at 7:30am.

Requirements, Driver must: - Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record (including no cell phone citations or DWI convictions). - Have minimum one (1) year commercial driving experience within last three years - Be able to read, speak and write English - Pass criminal background check, drug test, and DOT physical - Be able to complete and pass a road test - Be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify - Have clean criminal record, no misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years - Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 pounds with a hand truck - Pass FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver - Have reliable transportation to and from 4357 south Alston Ave Durham - Be able to work Tuesday thru Saturday, no exceptions - Be on site at the terminal and ready to work by 7:30am each work day - Be able to climb stairs - Be able to work in all types of weather - Be able to work when it gets dark

• Be able to do a lot of walking at a steady pace - Be able to adapt to situations to meet customers needs - Know the importance of safety Daily Duties include but not limited to: - Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle and submit written report - Efficiently pack vehicle for deliveries - Work independently and as part of a team - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with operating officer - Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process - Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
