    Cash Applications Represenative The Schneider organization has an immediate need for an enthusiastic and results oriented Accessorial Administrator to help set-up and maintain customer accessorial profiles in COM. In this role you will need to understand and follow customer specific requirements for accessorial payment. The Accessorial Admin will work with Enterprise contacts (Customer Service, Sales, etc.) for accurate and complete invoicing of accessorial charges. You will also determine root cause resolution of customers payment discrepancies. In this role, the Accessorial Admin will identify opportunities to capture additional revenue and improve accessorial processes. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: * Accountable for achieving individual and team metrics in line with overall organization objectives. * Reference and understand customer tariff specifics as they relate to accessorial services. * Understand additional customer requirements for executing Accessorial Activities to include obtaining authorizations in a timely manner with a high level of collection. * Communicate potential customer or process concerns / issues to the accessorial stake-holders (Sales, Customer Service, Rating, Collections, Team Lead or Accessorial Manager). Timely follow-up on open issues and escalation to leadership if resolution is undetermined. * Build trust-filled relationships with customers and internal counterparts through open communication, follow-up and timely problem resolution. * Create and maintain all team QSWIs and assist in system testing as needed. * Challenge the status quo to find ways to get Schneider National paid for all costs. Bachelors degree in related field preferred. * Highly motivated self-starter with the demonstrated willingness and ability to hold themselves and others accountable for results. * Dynamic and professional individual must have exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, time management and customer service skills to meet established metrics. * Strong analytical skills with excellent problem identification and resolution skills required, along with high attention to detail. * Excellent decision making skills with the ability to apply the Balance Triangle. * Proven financial aptitude * Positive attitude and the ability to be a team player. * Strong persuasion and conflict resolution skills along with the ability to build strong business partnerships both internal and external. * Change agent who aggressively develops and supports new processes and approaches to the work, while establishing credibility and trust with others.
